<h1 class="wp-block-heading">Veganes Pastinaken-Orangen-Brot – das perfekte Mitbringsel fürs Adventsfrühstück</h1>



<p>Veganes Pastinaken-Orangen-Brot passt aber auch als gesunder Kuchen am Nachmittag! Naja, eigentlich passt es zu so ziemlich jeder Gelegenheit, wie wir finden. Und wer bei dieser feinen Kreation direkt denkt: Moment mal, den kenn ich doch! – der liegt  richtig – zumindest fast. </p>



<p>Stimmt, wir haben schon einen veganen Pastinaken-Kuchen auf unserem Blog. Doch da wir das Gemüse verbacken als Kuchen einfach so unglaublich lecker finden, musste unbedingt noch ein zweites her! In dieser weihnachtlichen Version besticht der saftige eifreie, milchfreie und nussige Kuchen durch die feinen Orangenaromen. Eine tolle Alternative zum herkömmlichen süßen Weihnachtsgebäck. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Veganes Pastinaken-Orangen-Brot: So wird&#8217;s gemacht!</h2>



<p>Essentiell für unser aromatisches Kastenbrot ist natürlich die Pastinake. Die kaufen wir am liebsten in Bio-Qualität, so müssen wir sie nicht schälen (das ist nämlich oftmals etwas herausfordernder). Auch die Orange sollte in Bio-Qualität sein, sodass die Schale als Deko dranbleiben kann. Wer übrigens keine Reibe zur Hand hat, kann die Pastinake auch fein hacken. Dann finden sich im Teig super leckere, kleine Stückchen – ziemlich leckere Angelegenheit&#8230;!</p>

Wir könnten uns auch einen Zuckerguss hergestellt mit Orangensaft vorstellen und vielleicht noch ein paar Orangenschalenraspel on top? <h1 class="wp-block-heading">Veganer Schoko-Gewürz-Gugelhupf – so schmeckt Weihnachten! </h1>



<p>Ein veganer Kuchen zu Weihnachten? Na aber hallo! Vor allem wenn er so extrem saftig, schokoladig und super weihnachtlich schmeckt! Die feine Kombi aus Zimt, Kardamom, Anis und Nelken versetzten uns schon in Advents-Stimmung, wenn er nur im Ofen backt. Und dass es ein geschmeidiger und aromatischer Kuchen ohne Eier, ohne Butter und ohne Milch klappt – das beweist dieses Exemplar par excellence!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">So backst du den veganen Schoko-Gewürz-Gugelhupf</h2>



<p>Der vegane Grundteig besteht aus Mehl, Mandeln und Kakaopulver. Hinzu kommt der legendäre Mix aus Zimt, Kardamom, Nelken, Anis und Muskat. Wenn du es dir etwas leichter machen möchtest, kannst du auch fertigen Lebkuchenmix verwenden. Der Vorteil des selbst gemachten Gewürz-Mixes ist natürlich, dass du die einzelnen Komponenten so dosieren kannst, wie du es am liebsten magst. </p>



<p>Damit die saftigen Kirschen im veganen Gugelhupf nicht einsinken, kannst du sie nach dem Abtropfen in etwas Mehl, Kakao oder einer Mehl-Kakao-Mischung wenden. So bleiben sie genau dort, wo du sie haben möchtest. </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Veganer Schoko-Gewürz-Gugelhupf: Tipp fürs Backen</h3>



<p>Wer keine Kirschen zur Hand hat, kann den Kuchen ohne tierische Zutaten auch ohne sie backen oder durch einen klein geschnittenen Apfel ersetzen. </p>
