<h1 class="wp-block-heading">Diese vegane Neujahrsbrezel ist ein Muss am ersten Januar!</h1>



<p>Eine vegane Neujahrsbrezel zu backen ist viel einfacher, als du vielleicht denkst. Statt normaler Milch kannst du das Rezept nämlich ganz einfach mit Sojamilch zubereiten. Und das Ei im traditionellen Teig wird durch die proteinreiche Milchalternative ersetzt. Somit lässt sich das vegane Neujahrsgebäck super einfach und unkompliziert zubereiten. So wird dein erstes Frühstück im neuen Jahr ganz sicher zum kulinarischen Highlight.</p>

<p>Der Clou der veganen Hefebrezel  ist zum einen natürlich der vegane Hefeteig, der aber wirklich kinderleicht hergestellt ist. Dann braucht er nur etwas Zeit, um schön gehen zu können und eine fluffige Brezel entstehen zu lassen. Wer sich mit dem Brezelknoten und dem geflochtenen Dekozopf schwer tut, kann aus diesem Rezept auch ganz einfach einen veganen Hefezopf daraus basteln. </p>

<p>Am liebsten essen wir die Brezel am Neujahrsmorgen getoastet und mit etwas Butter und Salz bestreut– genial!
