<p>Nussig, weich und unglaublich aromatisch: Vegane Elisenlebkuchen gehören für uns eindeutig zu den absoluten Favorites, wenn es um Plätzchen geht. Doch diese Variante ist nochmal ganz besonders, denn sie benötigen weder Eier noch Milchprodukte. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">So machst du die veganen Lebkuchen</h2>



<p>Die Herstellung ist wirklich kinderleicht. Denn es gilt tatsächlich nur, alle Zutaten möglichst klein zu hacken, danach zu vermengen und dann geht es auch schon auf Oblaten bestrichen in den Ofen. Die fertigen und ausgekühlten veganen Plätzchen kannst du dann ganz nach Belieben mit Zartbitterschokolade oder einfach einem Zuckerguss bestreichen. </p>
