<p>Wenn die Temperaturen steigen und man Lust auf etwas Leichtes und Frisches hat, sind vegane Summerrolls genau das Richtige. Diese vietnamesischen Köstlichkeiten sind nicht nur unglaublich lecker, sondern auch super vielseitig und gesund. Heute zeige ich dir, wie du ganz einfach vegane Summerrolls zubereitest und damit deine Geschmacksknospen verwöhnst.</p>

<p>Der Star der Summerrolls ist das <a href="https://amzn.to/4c0Il3s">zarte Reispapier</a> (*). Du findest es in jedem gut sortierten Asialaden oder im <a href="https://amzn.to/4c0Il3s" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Online-Shop </a>(*) deines Vertrauens. Das Reispapier muss vor der Verwendung kurz in lauwarmes Wasser getaucht werden, damit es geschmeidig und rollbar wird. Für die Füllung setzen wir auf knackige Gurken und Karotten. Schneide einfach alles in dünne Streifen, damit es sich gut einrollen lässt. Frische Kräuter wie Minze, Koriander und Thai-Basilikum bringen eine aromatische Frische in die Rollen, die man einfach lieben muss.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tofu &amp; Co.: Proteinreiche Füllung</h2>



<p>Neben Gemüse darf auch eine proteinreiche Komponente nicht fehlen. Hier kommt Tofu ins Spiel. Schneide den Tofu in Streifen, lass ihn etwas in würziger Sojasauce marinieren  und brate ihn danach knusprig an. Für eine Extraportion Geschmack kannst du auch geräucherten Tofu oder Tempeh verwenden. Die Süße der Mango macht die Summerrolls zu einem wahren Geschmackserlebnis.</p>

Knoblauchzehe abziehen, fein hacken. Auf kleiner Hitze auf dem Herd erwärmen, dabei regelmäßig umrühren bis sich alles gelöst hat und die Sauce etwas angedickt ist. Das dauert rund 10 bis 15 Minuten. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4862-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Wasser mit etwas Salz in einem Topf erhitzen. Herd ausschalten und Glasnudeln darin ca. 5 Minuten gar ziehen lassen. Tofu etwas abtropfen lassen, dann von allen Seiten braten, sodass sich eine leichte Bräune zeigt. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4862-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Nun gehts an Füllen: Reisteigplatten von beiden Seiten befeuchten, dann mit Salat, Gemüse, Kräutern, Reisnudeln und Tofu befüllen. Füllung dabei etwas länglich anordnen. Zuerst die beiden kurzen Seiten auf die Füllung schlagen, dann Seite von unten einklappen und mit leichtem Druck einwickeln. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4862-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Summerrolls zusammen mit Erdnusssauce und Süß-Sauer-Sauce zum Dippen anrichten und direkt genießen. </span></div></li></ul></div></div>
