<h1 class="wp-block-heading">Saftig, schokoladig und ruckzuck gemacht: So einfach war veganer Marmorkuchen noch nie! </h1>



<p>Alle, die ein super einfaches und obendrein extrem schnelles Rezept für einen Kuchen suchen, aufgepasst: Dieses veganer Marmorkuchen-Rezept wird dich umhauen! Einfach alle Zutaten zusammenrühren, in die Form füllen und ab in den Ofen damit! Dass der Marmorkuchen vegan mindestens genauso saftig, luftig und lecker schokoladig wird wie ein gewöhnlicher, hätten wir zugegebenermaßen auch nicht für möglich gehalten. </p>



<p>Der kritischste Punkt bei jedem Kuchen ist sicherlich das Backen ohne Ei. Normalerweise sorgen Eier nicht nur für die luftige Konsistenz, sondern auch für die Bindung. In einigen Rezepten ist es daher sinnvoll mit Apfelmus statt Ei zu arbeiten. Hier kommen wir dank des Weizenglutens und der Sojamilch, aber ohne Ersatzprodukte und natürlich auch ohne tierische Produkte aus.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Veganer Marmorkuchen: So einfach geht&#8217;s!</h2>



<p>Die perfekte Mischung aus Vanillekuchen und Schokokuchen – da scheiden sich ja die Geister. Wie du auf den Bildern wahrscheinlich unschwer erkennen kannst: Bei uns überwiegt eindeutig (und immer) der Schokoanteil. Natürlich kannst du die Vanille- und Schokomengen aber ganz nach deinem Belieben variieren. Sollte einer der Teige etwas zu fest werden, menge einfach nochmals etwas Wasser unter. </p>



<p>Für eine besonders schokoladige Note, kannst du in den Schokoteil auch noch eine halbe Tafel Zartbitterschokolade fein gehackt oder geraspelt untermischen. So kann garantiert niemand mehr widerstehen. Für eine normal große Gugelhupfform kannst du die Menge der Zutaten übrigens einfach verdoppeln. Wenn es ganz schnell gehen soll, bestreue den veganen Marmorkuchen einfach mit etwas Puderzucker anstelle der Schokoglasur. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Veganer Marmorkuchen: Was steckt drin?</h2>

<p><strong>Kardamom</strong>: Das weihnachtliche Gewürz schmeckt leicht süßlich-scharf und entfaltet seine heilsamen Wirkungen, indem es vor allem die Verdauung anregt und gegen Blähungen hilft. </p>



<p><strong>Kakao:</strong> Polyphenole pur! Die Pflanzenfarbstoffe wirken gegen freie Radikale und schützen so unsere Zellen. Einige Studien deuten darauf hin, dass sie sogar gegen Krebs wirken können. </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Tipp für den veganen Marmokuchen:</h3>



<p>Da der kleine Kuchen bei zu langer Backzeit recht schnell zu trocken werden kann, solltest du ihn beim Backen gut im Auge behalten. Sieht er fertig aus, unbedingt mit einem Holzstäbchen testen, ob er vielleicht wirklich schon durch ist. </p>
