Blech in den Ofen geben, eine halbe Tasse Wasser auf den Ofenboden kippen und sofort die Ofentür schließen. Brötchen in rund 25 Minuten fertig backen. In den letzten 10 Minuten 2–3 Mal die Ofentür öffnen, sodass die Feuchtigkeit entweichen und sich eine schöne Kruste bilden kann.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
