<h1 class="wp-block-heading">Ein veganer Kirschkuchen wie er im Buche steht: Herrlich saftig, aromatisch und mit feiner Kardamomnote!</h1>



<p>Kirschen zählen eindeutig zu unseren allerliebsten Lieblingsfrüchten! Sobald die dunkelroten Früchte durch die Blätter schimmern, wird bei uns schon mal der Ofen angeworfen und tadaaa: Schon steht ein veganer Kirschkuchen auf dem Tisch! Da aber im Sommer niemand Lust hat, lange in der Küche zu stehen, ist dieser einfache Kirschkuchen ohne Eier und ohne Milch ruckzuck fertig! </p>



<p>Außerdem benötigst du für den veganen Kirschkuchen keine exotischen Zutaten: Die Grundmasse besteht lediglich aus Mehl, Haselnüssen oder Mandeln und etwas Vollkornmehl. Durch diese feine Kombi wird dein Kirschkuchen ohne tierische Zutaten nicht nur super saftig, er punktet auch mit jeder Menge gesunder Inhaltsstoffe – perfekt, oder? </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Veganer Kirschkuchen mit Nüssen einfach gemacht!</h2>



<p>Ein echter Geheimtipp für das einmalige Aroma ist frisch gemahlener Kardamom. Tatsächlich hätten wir früher auch nie gedacht, welchen Unterschied es macht, ob man nun den bereits gemahlenen oder frischen verwendet. Aber dieser vegane Kirsch-Traum ist der beste Beweis, dass es sich absolut lohnt, nochmals selbst zur Reibe zu greifen. </p>



<p>Unser Topping besteht nur noch aus fluffiger, veganer Sahne, die mit etwas Zimt und Zucker bestreut wird. Noch frischer (und etwas kalorienärmer) wird es, wenn du etwas veganen Quark mit veganem Joghurt vermengst. Diese Creme bildet auch einen tollen Kontrast zum süßen, nussigen und fruchtigen Kirschkuchen. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Veganer Kirschkuchen: Was steckt drin? </h2>



<p><strong>Haselnüsse</strong>: Die Kombination aus Calcium und Phosphor sorgt hier für starke Knochen. Vitamin E, das in den heimischen Nüssen reichlich vorhanden ist, gilt darüber hinaus als DAS Schutzschild für deine Zellen. </p>



<p><strong>Kirschen</strong>: Hier lautet das Stichwort: Antioxidantien! Mit denen wirken Kirschen als wahre Anti-Aging-Wunder. Das enthaltene Kalium balanciert zudem den Wasserhaushalt aus. </p>



<p><strong>Vollkornmehl</strong>: Mit vielen Ballaststoffen hält das Mehl lange satt, bringt die Verdauung in Schwung und noch dazu ein schönes, herzhaftes Aroma mit ins Spiel. </p>
