<h1 class="wp-block-heading">Du suchst nach einem Highlight für dein Frühstück? Vegane Bananen-Pancakes werden alle lieben! </h1>



<p>Vegane Bananen-Pancakes die so super fluffig sind, dass keiner jemals daran denken wird, dass sie ganz ohne Eier auskommen: Dieses Versprechen geben wir dir mit diesem Rezept! Egal ob als Mini-Pancakes in einem Servierring gebacken oder als Riesen-Pfannkuchen in einer normalen Pfanne: Diese kleinen Luftikusse schmecken einfach super lecker und sind vor allem nicht zu süß. Lediglich 20 Gramm Zucker reichen dank der Süße der Bananen nämlich komplett aus. </p>



<p>Tatsache ist: Vegane Bananen Pfannkuchen waren für uns lange Zeit nahezu undenkbar. War es doch vor allem das Eiweiß, dass für die typische Konsistenz verantwortlich war. Zum Glück haben wir diese Annahme nicht einfach hingenommen, sondern ein bisschen rumprobiert, bis wir die für uns perfekte Rezeptur gefunden haben. Et voilà: Feinste Pfannkuchen, die selbst eingefleischte Nicht-Veganer begeistern werden!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vegane Bananen-Pancakes – unser super einfaches Rezept:</h2>



<p>Da diese fluffigen Mini-Pfannkuchen vegan, also komplett ohne Ei und Milch gemacht sind, bedarf es natürlich einer anderen Möglichkeit, um sie so schön saftig und vor allem luftig zu bekommen. Schnell und einfach geht das mit der bewährten Mischung aus Backpulver und Sprudelwasser. </p>



<p>Übrigens: Die Pancakes ohne Ei eignen sich auch super für ein schnelles Frühstück, denn wie bei unseren anderen veganen Rezepten auch, gilt: Möglichst wenig Rühren. Andernfalls wird das Ergebnis schnell etwas klebrig und der Teig geht nicht so schön auf. Sehr lecker wird&#8217;s dann natürlich mit einem Topping aus süßem Ahornsirup – we love it! <br></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Was steckt in den veganen Bananen Pancakes? </h2>



<p><strong>Bananen:</strong> Die süßen Tropenfrüchte sind reich an Magnesium, das essentiell für Nerven und Muskulatur ist. Dank ihrer natürlichen Süße benötigen wir hier nur 20 Gramm zusätzlichen Zucker.</p>



<p><strong>Rapsöl:</strong> Das heimische Öl ist steckt voll gesunder Fette, u. a. lebenswichtigen Omega-3- und Omega-6-Fettsäuren, die hier im optimalen Verhältnis vorkommen. Diese können dabei helfen, das &#8222;schlechte&#8220; Cholesterin im Blut zu senken.</p>



<p><strong>Ahornsirup</strong>: Der natürlich süße Saft des Ahornbaums enthält ganze 2 mg Eisen pro 100 ml und stellt so eine tolle Quelle des wertvollen Minerals dar. Am besten mit Vitamin-C-reichen Früchten essen, so wird die Aufnahme zusätzlich erhöht.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Tipp für die veganen Bananen Pancakes:</h3>



<p>Solltest du einmal zu viele Pfannkuchen zubereitet haben, lassen sie sich auch problemlos einfrieren und im Toaster knusprig warm wieder aufbacken! </p>

Kokosöl in einer beschichteten Pfanne auf mittlerer Hitze erhitzen und Servierringe hineinstellen. Inzwischen restliches Mineralwasser vorsichtig unter den Teig rühren. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1627-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Je ca. 1 EL Teig in die Ringe geben, 3 Bananenscheiben darauflegen, dann wieder 1 EL Teig einfüllen. Bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 5 Minuten backen, dann Teig mit einem scharfen Messer vorsichtig vom Rand lösen und Pfannkuchen wenden. Nochmals ca. 4 bis 5 Minuten fertig backen. Pancakes warmhalten. Mit dem restlichen Teig ebenso vorgehen, nach jedem Durchgang Servierringe aufs Neue fetten. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1627-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Pancakes mit Ahornsirup und nach Belieben frischen Früchten servieren.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
